1. Candidates who wish to take the exam must first fill out the application form located at http://moa.teletalk.com.bd.
Candidates will see below written image after entering online also in case of writing application form.
Then click the round red marked part. Then candidates choose their preferred category and fill the form with all the information step by step.
2. Candidates who will get their User ID must pay the exam fee within 72 hours of submitting their application form online. Otherwise, their application will be considered rejected. In this case, regardless of whether they fill all the required information.
3. In the online application, the applicant must attach a scanned signature (300×80 pixels) and a color photograph (300×300 pixels) in the space provided. In this case, the image should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature should be a maximum of 60 KB.
4. Candidates must ensure that the information they have submitted while filling out the online form is correct, as any incorrect information will not be accepted.
5. Candidates should print a color copy of the completed online application for their records.

After the candidate submits his photograph and signature, applicants will see an Application Preview on the computer. After successful submission, the applicant will see a copy with an ID, photo, and signature.
If there is any mistake in the photocopy of the candidate or the signature is unclear, it should be corrected before submission. Because once the application is submitted it cannot be modified again.
User ID must be included in the applicant’s copy. Using this ID, applicants will send two SMS from any Teletalk prepaid number for a service charge of Rs.600 and Rs.69 for post No.1. 669 with a service charge to be deposited. For rank 2, a total of Rs 334 with a fee of Rs 300 and a Telecharge of Rs 34, For rank 3-9, a total amount of Rs 223 and for post No 10-12 Rs 100 with a service charge of Rs 12, a total of Rs 112 must be paid within 72 hours.
