MOPA Circular 2023 Application Conditions
MOPA Circular 2023 Application conditions are given below-
• Candidate’s age should be 18-30 years on 1st July.
• But in the case of children of freedom fighters and in case of disabled age should be 18-32 years.
• Affidavit will not be accepted for proof of age.
• Candidate must demonstrate his/her latest educational qualification.
• Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Organizations should apply through appropriate authority.
• No TA/DA will be provided for written and oral examination.
• The authority can increase or decrease the number of posts in the notification and even cancel the notification if desired.
• The order of the recruiter shall be final in all matters relating to recruitment.

2. Candidates who will get their User ID must pay the examination fee within 72 hours of submitting their application form online. Otherwise, their application will be considered rejected. In this case, whether they fill in all the required information.
3. In the online application, the applicant must attach a scanned signature (300×80 pixels) and a color photograph (300×300 pixels) in the space provided. In this case, the image should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature should be a maximum of 60 KB.
4. Candidates must ensure that the information they have submitted while filling out the online form is correct, as any incorrect information will not be accepted.
5. Candidates should print a color copy of the completed online application for their records.

MOPA Circular 2023 SMS Terms and Conditions and Payment of Fees
MOPA Circular 2023 SMS terms and conditions and fee payment method are discussed. After the candidate submits his photograph and signature, applicants will see an Application Preview on the computer. After successful submission, the applicant will see a copy with an ID, photo, and signature.
If there is any mistake in the photocopy of the candidate or the signature is unclear, it should be corrected before submission. Because once the application is submitted it cannot be modified again.
User ID must be included in the applicant’s copy. Using this ID, applicants will send two SMS from any Teletalk pre-paid number for a service charge of Tk 200 and Tk 23 for posts 1-4. 223 with a service charge to be deposited. For serial number 5, a total fee of 100 takas and tele charge of 12 takas must be paid within 72 hours.
Candidates have to submit the fee through SMS on their mobile device in the following manner-

Answer: Please provide the applicant’s name. An application fee will be charged Rs. Your PIN is 1234567 to charge, type MOPA YES PIN and send it to 16222.

Answer: Congratulations applicant name, payment for your application for [post name] has been successfully completed. Your user ID and password will follow shortly.
mopa.gov.bd job circular 2023 Admit Card Received
mopa.gov.bd job circular 2023 Admit Card will be intimated at http://mopa.teletalk.com.bd or the Ministry of Public Administration website www.mopa.gov.bd and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (Eligible candidates only) at the proper time. All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is forbidden to keep the said number active all the time, read the SMS, and follow the received instructions immediately.
Using the User ID and Password received in the SMS, the candidate can download the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, exam date, time and venue name etc. and keep it in color print. This admit card will be presented later in the written test and the candidates who have cleared the written test will appear in the oral test.
