Candidates who wish to take the exam must first fill out the application form located at http://heu.teletalk.com.bd. Candidates will see below written image after entering online also in case of writing application form.

Then click the round red marked part. Then candidates choose their preferred category and fill the form with all the information step by step.

1. Candidates who will get their User ID must pay the exam fee within 72 hours of submitting their application form online. Otherwise, their application will be considered rejected. In this case, whether they fill in all the required information.
2. In the online application, the applicant must attach a scanned signature (300×80 pixels) and a color photograph (300×300 pixels) in the space provided. In this case, the image should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature should be a maximum of 60 KB.
3. Candidates must ensure that the information they have submitted while filling out the online form is correct, as any incorrect information will not be accepted.
4. Candidates should print a color copy of the completed online application for their records.

HEU Job Circular 2023 SMS terms and conditions and fee payment method are discussed. After the candidate submits his photograph and signature, applicants will see an Application Preview on the computer. After successful submission, the applicant will see a copy with an ID, photo, and signature.

If there is any mistake in the photocopy of the candidate or the signature is unclear, it should be corrected before submission. Because once the application is submitted it cannot be modified again.

User ID must be included in the applicant’s copy. Using this ID, applicants will send two SMS from any Teletalk pre-paid number for Rs 300 and Rs 34 service charge for 1 post. 334 with service charge must be deposited within 72 hours.

Department of Health Notification 2023 Exam Date, Seat Plan, Result:

Candidates invited for the exam will receive an SMS notification several days in advance with details of the exam time, location, and center. Candidates are requested to arrive at least thirty minutes early and the exam results will be published on the Ministry’s website soon after. All applicants will find all their information at www.heu.gov.com.

By using the User ID and Password received in the SMS, the candidate can download the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, exam date, time and venue name, etc., and keep it in color print. This admit card will be presented later in the written test and the candidates who have cleared the written test will appear in the oral test.

HEU Job Circular 2023 Eligibility Verification of Candidates

Candidates who have passed the written test have to submit 1 set of attested copies after inspecting all the certificates during the oral test. The documents that can be submitted or presented are:

1. Online filled application form and admit card.

2. All educational qualifications and experience certificates.

3. No objection letter if previously working in any organization.

4. Citizen Certificate by Union Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Council of City Corporation in case of proof of permanent resident of the district.

5. National Identity Card/Birth Certificate.

6. Character certificate issued by a first-class officer.

7. Quota certificates of applicants in case of freedom fighter and disabled quota.
